Woodgrain ABS sheet for Boat Instrument Panels This is the same material that we have been supplying to boat manufacturing companies for over 20 years. Decorative Thermoplastic sheets is composed of a substrate (ABS) laminated with a decorative film (woodgrain) then capped (laminated) with a clear film which provides additional UV protection and gloss finish. Decorative ABS sheets can be CNC machined, drilled, milled, sawed, die-cut, routed or sheared using high speed carbide-tipped tools. ABS sheets can also be machine finished by filing, grinding, sanding, buffing and polishing.
