Please note: 8.5x2.0 inches is the tire size after mounting to the hub, not the physical object's actual size. The above data are manual measurements, with an allowable error of 0.1-0.5cm/0.03-0.19 inch.

Installation process:
Add some lubricant on the wheel rim to manage friction during fitting.
Soften the solid wheel by boiling in water for 10 minutes or microwaving for three minutes, checking every minute.
Once soft, fit the rim into the tire and let it cool for five minutes.
Fasten the nut and screws, replacing the plastic cover. Ensure the red labels are back.
