These adapters are made for any Olympic weight plate and let's you put it on any standard bar. It comes as a 4 piece kit (2 adapters and 2 faceplates to help secure the weight) The difference in size options is based off the thickness of each plate you're trying to adapt, NOT the diameter of the adapter. For example my personal set of 25lb plates is 1-1/4" so I would get that size. Sizes may vary from brand to brand so please make sure to double check before purchase and bars aswell. Maximum weight capacity is 45lbs per adapter.
